Following incorporation, Prairie Legal Services can assist you with your ongoing corporate upkeep. We complete annual filings, update bylaws and resolutions as required, and maintain your minute book. As your business grows or changes, Prairie Legal Services can further assist you in re-structuring, amalgamation, and sale.
