At Prairie Legal Services all our Real Estate pricing is clear, transparent, and fair. Our fees are all inclusive of the services we will provide you. Often law firms will offer what seems like a great price or even the best price in town, but it almost never includes all the fees you will be charged.  We do not do business this way. Instead, our price is the price, no secrets.  We do not charge any hidden fees such as: photocopying fees, file documentation retention fees, file maintenance fees, file opening fees, or unspecified “miscellaneous file expenses”.

Disbursements – which are payments for third-party services from money held in trust. Examples of common disbursements are:

Non-Standard Legal Services – these are legal fees for exclusions to our standard fees.  These charges are rare but do happen.  You will be informed of these charges in advance and they will be billed at our hourly rate.  Examples of these charges include:
